Principles of Conceptual Convergence

This Watchfolio 2022 regroups into a consolidated reminder of the fundamental principles all conceptual specifications which I introduced in 2013 (1) and further developed as from 2014 (2, 3, 4) in matters of the conceptual separation of concerns for the purpose of sustainable web research and development.

Like all RapidWeaver-based (5) web modules of my NetPlusUltra®-sustained master-franchising concept demonstration tracks, this conceptual specifications sheet, or web construction panel, aims at highlighting the challenges which, due to the systemic complexity of the underlying core issues to be resolved, require the development of a conceptual CMS entirely dedicated to the aforementioned web-sustained master-franchising solution.

Considering the underlying development history since 2013 (6), the present consolidated version 2022 of my Watchfolio-sustained portfolio solution for the on-demand aggregation of societal webwatch feeds is therefore intended for subsequent integration into my existing CMS module of pending statutory specifications (7), to which the contents presented herein will be added in a separate section in order to illustrate the said specifications.

Mental and Physical Health

From a conceptual perspective, the notion of "societal systemics" refers to all health-related and social influences which contribute to the quality of the overall societal climate, and which determine the ability of individuals and groups to motivate themselves and support each other in the interest of the continuous improvement of everyone’s living environment.

For the sake of the medical and legal self-protection of everyone, and - more specifically - of the reciprocal conceptual securement of the practice of guardianship-related activities and responsibilities between caregivers and beneficiaries, the web-sustained master-franchising system of Planet+Ultra® draws a first fundamental distinction between such individuals which are mentally and physically able to maintain autonomy, and such disabled individuals that are not, either temporarily or permanently.

In terms of the normative-adaptative self-adjustment of the state of equilibrium of individuals, groups or systems, it is for the same reasons that the web-sustained master-franchising system enables itself to conceptually draw all distinctions which are necessary and sufficient with regard to the matrix-based separation of such states that lie beyond the point of optimum balance (on the side of surplus, overflow of over-efficiency), from those that lie below this everchanging point of reference (on the side of deficit or sub-efficiency).

Equal Opportunity

In order to avoid a waste of efforts and resources contrary to the societal interest defined in the previous article, the "status of the master-franchised e-citizen" which I have created is conceived so as to provide each individual eligible for affiliation with the legal means to assert his or her moral, financial and patrimonial rights according to his or her profile and career path, provided that the legitimacy of his or her motivations can be demonstrated (established).

Considering further that right and duty are two sides of the same coin, the existence of eligibility requirements does not aim to exclude individuals who do not meet the required criteria, but to make this specific "by-default" problem of "lack of eligibility" a web-sustained master-franchising perimeter in its own right, i.e. a societal issue in the broadest sense likely to be subjected to a certified conceptual resolution in accordance with the Codex+Ultra® of web-enabled master-franchising.

Regardless of the fact that it provides for in-depth modernization of European intellectual property law, by making the moral and patrimonial dimensions set out therein as inseparable as both sides of one and the same balance sheet, this conceptualization of the critical process by which an idea is materialized into a web service certified as operational further comes with the full (franchise) benefits arising from a matrix-sustained reformulation of the entire value chain into a process of systemic self-empowerment of the accountable franchised user, who becomes a creator (or contributor) of societal added value.

Sustainable Self-Development

Enabling each franchised internet user to receive a self-sustainable income from the solutions he or she develops implies - beyond a simple virtualization of the intellectual property code, which only leads to a conflict of interests and divergent regimes - to conceptualize the dual principle of moral and patrimonial protection enshrined in European intellectual property law in the strictest French expression thereof, in order to make it the guiding principle of the one economic (and organizational) model which is the most compatible in terms of the secure transmission of know-how, and therefore of data protection, and which is none other than that of master-franchising, considered as a commercial model of network economy.

The result of this conceptualization by the NetPlusUltra®-sustained process formula is the Codex+Ultra® of web-sustained master-franchising in all fields of societal R&D, which notably enables to secure the critical transition from the existing model of geopolitical economy - that the internet has virtualized into an interconnection of leaking buckets and thermal sieves - to the master-franchising model conceptualized into a "next generation web economy", i.e. into a web-enabled system of self-sustainable governance entirely self-managed through conceptually (virtuously) integrated incentive mechanisms based on the bonus/malus rationale specific to insurance models.

To enable any democratic society confronted with increasingly extreme climate disruptions to endow itself with the means to deal with the organizational and technological challenges facing each of its members, the web-enabled master-franchising system of Planet+Ultra® is designed to be sustained by a full range of web service delivery platforms conceptually meta-connected to form a global matrix infrastructure fully dedicated to the intelligent redeployment of all parts of the systemic whole towards an unified version thereof master-certified as a "Next Generation Web ISO-Sphere", and made up of "Next Generation Web Organizations".

As a web-sustained master-franchising system dedicated to the provision of network services at all service levels necessary and sufficient to cover all individual, collective and aggregate needs, NetPlusUltra® makes a first fundamental distinction between tangible and intangible needs, considering both that computers (laptops and/or desktops) are needed to produce contents, and that each franchised user must be enabled to count on the embedded guarantee that it will be possible for him or her to manage his or her ecological transition autonomously, or an eventual resumption of activity after a natural disaster for example.

Expression of Cultural Diversities

The whole conceptual benefit of this global infrastructure of web-sustained master-franchising services is that it is entirely dedicated to the implementation and continuous optimization of the self-governance dashboard for systemic change management which will enable each franchised user to contribute to the dismantling of the point-of-inertia effect (point of collective powerlessness) that aggregates into a geopolitical impasse at the cardinal North-South/East-West crossroads where all socio-economic and structural fracture lines meet. Conceptual Integrativity

The reliability - and therefore the durability - of the web-enabled master-franchising system of Planet+Ultra® in all matters pertaining to sustainable web development and renewal rest entirely on the conceptual-integrity rationale presented throughout the publication phase (and reiterated on the Slidefolio page of the present agenda 2022), in the sense that the latter refers to the certification principle which locks the entire system into a virtuous problem-solving economy.

In cases where pre-existing dysfunctions need to be dismantled for example, it is the conceptual integrity principle which, by providing a comprehensive proof of concept, determines the strategy to be implemented in order to reallocate, as quickly as possible, misallocated (human, material and immaterial) resources to the development of better solutions.

In the case of a so-called "process of pure creation (of economic activity)", it is the same conceptual integrity rule which both allows and enables the holder of the underlying web franchising perimeter not only to quickly determine the optimal point of equilibrium, but also to maintain the latter sustainably without ever becoming captive thereof.

In terms of the secure transmission of know-how from one point of any master-franchised network to another, either in the top-down direction deconstructive of dysfunctions, or along with the bottom-up rationale devised so as enable us to aggregate added value, it is the matrix-sustained (learning) mode of operation inherent in the way the system’s (critical) problem-solving process is formulated, which master-secures the conceptual implementation of the conceptual integrity principle throughout the web-sustained master-franchising system, so as to provide assurance to all franchised users that the "aggregated truths", however disturbing they may be, remain sustainably consistent with the realities in the field (and vice versa).
